Ewan Spence who reviewed the device for Forbes says the ICE 13.5 combines a large vapor chamber, colder cooling gel, and the iconic built-in fan to keep temperatures down.
Another interesting aspect of the REDMAGIC ICE 13.5, as noted by the Android Police, is the surprisingly silent 22000 RPM built-in fan. Compared with other handheld gaming devices, the reviewer says the REDMAGIC 9S Pro stays refreshingly quiet while doing its thing.
